For performance reasons, ticket category, pricing, and availability information are only available via this endpoint. This endpoint has been optimised to quickly return the availability information of many products so that it can be used to update all the products you are selling in as little time possible.
The endpoint accepts an array of product IDs, so you may request the availability information for 100 products in a single request.
The response object contains a collection of available ticket categories for a product, the ID of which is requested when creating a booking. The price value relates to the currency value supplied on the product details endpoint. The max_purchase_qty value refers to the maximum number of tickets that can be purchased for a given ticket category. This value varies depending on our availability, with the maximum value being between six and eight. Each ticket category will have one or more delivery_methods returned as an ID value, which can be referenced through the inventory-status. The ticket_category value can load additional information about the ticket type via the inventory-status.
Please note: we recommend that you check the availability of a product directly before placing an order to ensure that the requested product and ticket category are still available and that the price matches the buyer’s expectations.
