Invoicing & payment rules
Payment for invoices is not supported via the API. When a booking is created, you will be issued a PDF invoice.
Payment Terms
Standard invoice payment terms are 14 days from the booking date.
If the booked product starts sooner than 14 days, the invoice due date is immediate.
Ways to pay invoices
Invoices can be paid via bank transfer or by debit or credit card.
Bank transfer payments
When paying for invoices via a bank transfer, you may make payment for:
- one invoice at a time, specifying the invoice number as the bank payment reference
- multiple invoices with one payment, but then sending the remittance notice to our finance team, with a list of the invoices that the payment is for: [email protected]
Debit/credit card payments
This payment method will result in the quickest update to an invoice's payment status.
To pay your invoice(s) by card, you must do so in the My Account section of the Booking Hub website.
You can pay individual invoices or multiple invoices with a single payment.
