Pricing & Stock Levels
A guide to the prices provided via the API
Prices are provided in either GBP or EUR, depending on the product. A general rule of thumb is that all UK football matches and events are priced in GBP, and everything else is priced in EUR.
The exception to this is Bayern Munich; this product is priced in GBP.
The currency for each product is defined on the Product Detail endpoint.
Wholesale prices
Prices are provided wholesale, meaning you must add your own margin. This gives you the greatest flexibility to price each product for your target market.
Availability
The API does not expose the full stock quantity. Additionally, a ticket category may run out of stock, but more may be added. You should not assume that a ticket category is fully sold out until the start date.
Max Purchase Quantity
To control stock access and make it available to all agents, the Availability endpoint contains a max_purchase_qty value. This value decreases as stock levels for a ticket category decrease. It controls the maximum number of tickets that you can purchase in a single order.
If you need to purchase more tickets than the max_purchase_qty value, you can either try placing multiple orders or contact booking support to have an admin place an order.
