General information on ticket issuing
The most common format is PDF tickets; however, some clubs also use digital tickets and NFC tickets.
A small number of clubs still use the traditional Box office collection on match day, although this ticket type is being phased out by clubs in favour of e-tickets.
At present, we provide a "Travel Voucher" at the end of the booking process. This voucher outlines the delivery method (e-ticket, mobile, or match-day collection).
Most football clubs release tickets only a few days before the kick-off date. Once Travel Connection receives the tickets from the club, they are disbursed to agents to forward to their customers.
